About Me

Mr. Haryanto Damanik is an Indonesian citizen, born in Medan in 1979, and currently residing in Jakarta. He holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, obtained in 2006. Mr. Damanik began his career as an advocate before transitioning to the corporate sector, joining PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk in 2010, where he worked until 2013. He then continued his professional journey at PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk, ultimately serving as Head of the Project Management Office until 2021.​

Since 2021, Mr. Damanik has been serving as the President Director of PT Manambang Muara Enim. In addition to his corporate roles, he is actively involved in various professional associations, including the Indonesian Advocates Association and the Indonesian Mining Experts Association. He also holds the position of General Secretary of the Indonesian Coal Mining Association. Mr. Damanik’s extensive experience in law, project management, and the energy sector, along with his leadership in industry associations, underscores his commitment to advancing the coal mining sector in Indonesia.​
