His expertise also extends to procurement, he played a key role in the Hang Nadim PPP Project, managing the procurement process from pre-qualification to contract negotiations.​

He also demonstrated his strategic abilities in the BP Batam Hospital construction project, ensuring project implementation was timely and in line with the organization's strategic objectives. As a business analyst at BP Batam, he also conducted financial modeling and risk assessment for Hang Nadim Airport, which contributed to improved financial and operational results. Additionally, his work in market research at PT Berau Coal helps formulate business strategies, while his role as a cost estimator and cost control engineer ensures efficient budget planning and financial viability in mining operations.​
